The recent pandemic of COVID 19 forced us to adjust to new realities. Our daily lives suddenly changed. The days we are going through have clearly highlighted more than ever the need for individual responsibility and action. It is our duty to show responsibility and respect to our fellow human beings by following the recommendations of the World Health Organization, the Greek scientific community and the government.
CLEANLINESS
The cleaning of the rooms and all the areas of the accommodation is done with detergents and disinfectants of the company KLINEX and Bhealth as well as with the use of sodium hypochlorite (bleach). Each room has its own cleaning cloths. All fabric elements of the room as well as the difficult points are cleaned with a professional KARCHER Professional SC2 EASYFIX steam vacuum cleaner at very high temperatures> 70 °. The linen of the accommodation is washed by a cooperating laundry which keeps all safety protocols, at very high temperatures above 60 C° (washing and drying). The staff is equipped with all the protective equipment set by the security protocols.
ROOM SERVICE
We abide by the orders of EODY (National Public Health Organization) and we suspend the daily room service. The cleaning of the rooms and the change of clothing is done every 3 days, keeping the prescribed safety measures. When you leave the room, please turn off the air conditioning and open the windows for good ventilation of the room. For anything you need, do not hesitate to contact us. Room service time 09.30 – 13.30.
CHECK IN – CHECK OUT
Extension of check out and check in (check out until 11.00 am and check in from 3.00 pm). This change in duration is mandatory to ensure that the room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, and that adequate natural ventilation is followed.
